APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
To begin the Velocity Processing application process, follow these easy instructions or watch the video. If you have questions, or need some guidance, call us at 305-917-7000.
All applications must go through the underwriting process.

CHECKLIST (PRIVATE BUSINESS)
Complete and submit the secure online application to the best of your ability. Our team will contact you if we have any questions or need additional clarification.
Download the Signature Page and sign Section 5. Our team will complete the rest of the form.
A 12-month rolling Balance Sheet and 12-month Profit and Loss statement are required. These documents are readily available through your accounting software (i.e., QuickBooks). Audited third-party financials are not required. Financial documents need to be current within 60 days.
Two (2) consecutive and recent merchant statements are required. These must be the actual statements provided by your existing processor; not spreadsheets or data exports. If for any reason you do not have merchants statements, please submit three (3) consecutive months of business bank statements.
Download and complete the CardX zero cost credit addendum, if applicable. This is only for businesses that want to systematically have their customers pay for the processing fee when using a credit card.
