The Ingenico Desk 3500 is your new credit card processing device. Payments can be made using chip cards, NFC (i.e., ApplePay), or through manual data entry.

The connection hub is where all plugs and peripheral devices (optional PIN Pad) are connected. The built-in jacks include "ETH", "IN", "RS232", and a "lightning bolt icon".

The AC adapter will supply power to your Ingenico Desk 3500. The circular tip of the adapter will connect into the connection hub (magic box) using the "lightning bolt icon" jack. The other end will connect into the power cord.

One end of the power cord will connect into the AC adapter and the other end will plug into the wall or surge protector.

The high-speed ethernet cable will connect into the connection hub (magic box) using the "ETH" jack. The other end will connect into your router, switch, or wall jack.

Two (2) rolls of thermal paper are included. One (1) roll has already been placed into your Ingenico Desk 3500 and the other is a replacement roll. Dimensions are 2.25" x 50'.

The Ingenico Move 5000 is your new wireless credit card processing device. Payments can be made using chip cards, NFC (i.e., ApplePay), or through manual data entry.

The Ingenico Move 5000 charges through a direct connection or an optional charging base station. The terminal is fully wireless and does not need to be placed in the base station to process transactions.
