The terms that govern our text message notification service.
Program Description
This is a call-screening text notification service. When an incoming call reaches the screening line, the service sends a text message containing the caller's phone number, the caller's stated name and reason for calling, and a secure link to accept the call. These are transactional messages, not marketing.
Consent
Consent to receive these notifications is provided by the phone line owner, who configures the service on their own number. There is no public opt-in or third-party enrollment, and no other person is messaged.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the volume of incoming calls that require screening. You may receive several messages in a short period or none at all.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier.
Opt-Out & Help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, no further messages will be sent unless the service is re-enabled. Reply HELP for help.
Carriers & Contact
