Step 1 Complete Application
Please complete and submit the secure online application to begin the onboarding process. The application is streamlined, has an AI assistant, and typically takes 14 minutes to complete. Once submitted, our team will promptly review the information and you will receive automated updates via email (standard) and text message (if enrolled).
Step 2 Merchant Statements
Please ensure that you upload your two (2) most recent merchant processing statements if you have not already completed this step. The statements must be current and consecutive (i.e., back-to-back months) to allow for a timely application submission.
Step 3 Corporate Financials
Please review the Financials section carefully to understand the requirements for submitting your Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement, as required by the card brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). This section outlines the specific documentation standards and reporting periods necessary to support the underwriting review process. The required financial statements can be generated directly from your accounting system, such as QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in submission.
After clicking the "LEARN" button, a new page will open. After reviewing the Financials section, you can close that window and return to this page to upload the documents.
Upload Merchant Statements
Click the "UPLOAD" button to upload your merchant statements through our encrypted upload portal. All documents are transmitted using 256-bit encryption to ensure confidentiality and compliance with card brand security standards.
Upload Corporate Financials
Click the "UPLOAD" button to upload your corporate financials (Balance Sheet + Profit and Loss Statement) through our encrypted upload portal. All documents are transmitted using 256-bit encryption to ensure confidentiality and compliance with card brand security standards.
