Step 1 Application
Please complete and submit the secure online application to begin the onboarding process. The application is streamlined, has an AI assistant, and typically takes 14 minutes to complete. Once submitted, our team will promptly review the information and you will receive automated updates via email (standard) and text message (if enrolled).
Step 2 Signature
Please download the Signature Page. You may complete the top section (W-9) if you prefer; however, Velocity recommends allowing our team to complete this portion on your behalf to ensure the legal entity name, EIN, and business address are aligned precisely with state and federal records. Sign Section 5 where indicated to authorize processing services, and do not sign Section 6 (Personal Guarantee). Once completed, upload the signed Signature Page as part of Step 3 so we may proceed with final account approval and setup.
Step 3 Financials
Please review the Financials section carefully to understand the requirements for submitting your Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement, as required by the card brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). This section outlines the specific documentation standards and reporting periods necessary to support the underwriting review process. The required financial statements can be generated directly from your accounting system, such as QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in submission.
Upload Documents
If you have completed Steps 1 through 3, you may now securely upload your finalized Signature Page, Balance Sheet, and Profit and Loss Statement through our encrypted upload portal. All documents are transmitted using 256-bit encryption to ensure confidentiality and compliance with card brand security standards. Once submitted, our underwriting team will review your documents promptly and proceed with final account approval and setup.
